CITY OF SPRING LAKE PARK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public informational meeting will be held by the Spring Lake Park City Council at 7:30 P.M. on June 16, 2008, at the Spring Lake Park Community Center, 1301 81st Avenue N.E.  This meeting will be conducted as part of a regularly scheduled Council meeting.  The purpose of the meeting is to present and discuss the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP).  Information will be presented and discussed regarding the activities the City has been and will be engaging as a result of implementing the SWPPP.  Items that will be discussed include: the original SWPPP, status of compliance regarding permit conditions, progress toward achieving the measurable goals and planned activities for the next year.     

A copy of the SWPPP is available for review at City Hall.  Please submit written comments to the following address:

A copy of the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit is also available at the above address and online at:

Any and all persons desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity at the above stated time and place.

Any and all persons requiring sign or foreign language translation during this hearing, must contact the City Clerk to order this service one week prior to the meeting.
