The Parks and Recreation Department is proud to offer our residents many opportunities to learn, socialize and recreate. Working together with neighboring cities, school district, civic organizations and community businesses, a wide variety of recreational and educational activities await your discovery!

Mission Statement

To provide a wholesome, healthy environment with a sense of community spirit and physical and emotional well-being for the residents of Spring Lake Park through the provision of recreation and leisure activities for people of all ages, and by the development of the city's parks, recreational facilities and services for public enjoyment.

Spring Lake Park Recreation staff is in the process of planning some exciting tours for 2011. Please join us for a Travel Show on Saturday, December 4 at 9:00 a.m. at Spring Lake Park City Hall to hear all about the tours. Dates for tours may be tentative at this time but detailed color
flyers will be available at the Travel Show. A light continental breakfast
will be served. Pre-registration is required. After August 2, we will accept
registrations by phone at 763-792-7201.
