Registration Information

To register for any of our many offerings, complete a registration form and return it along with payment to:

There are three ways to get your registration form to us at the above address.

• In person . Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• After hours. Night drop box in the entryway of the community center.
• Mail. Mail to address above.
